Rua Construction and Projects (Rua-Con), duly registered in accordance with the Companies Act, was founded in 2007 as a close corporation and later converted into a company (Pty) Ltd in 2017. Rua-Con is a waste management, recycling and construction firm wholly owned and managed by Black members with a B-BBEE Level 1 rating.
We strive to transform communities, companies and the industry’s landscape, adopting dual roles as both caring neighbours and innovative nation builders. Since its foundation, the company has built a focused portfolio of high-quality assets with an attractive growth profile — a lasting legacy that forms the foundation on which we continue to serve and grow.
We continue to leverage our collective expertise and experience to provide services that are efficient and sustainable, and we strive to provide services which are safer, more accessible and environmentally sustainable.
